1. General policy
Completed purchases are normally final once the purchased coins or access have been successfully delivered or used. A refund may be considered where required by law or where a verified technical or payment error occurred.
2. Eligible refund situations
You may contact us when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Payment succeeded but the purchased coins, trial or premium access were not delivered.
- An incorrect amount was charged because of a confirmed system error.
- An unauthorized transaction is confirmed after appropriate review.
3. Normally non-refundable situations
- Coins, trial access or premium benefits that have already been used.
- Dissatisfaction with a host conversation or personal compatibility.
- Accidental purchases confirmed by the account holder, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Account suspension caused by a violation of the Terms & Conditions.
4. Failed or pending transactions
If a payment fails but your bank account is debited, the bank or payment provider will generally reverse the amount automatically. Reversal timing depends on your bank, UPI provider or Cashfree. Please allow the processing period communicated by your payment provider.
5. How to request a review
Email support@chatsathi.online within 7 days of the transaction. Include your registered email address, order or transaction ID, payment date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs or complete bank credentials.
6. Review and processing
We will verify the transaction and delivery status. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times apply after a refund is initiated.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate promptly. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may lead to account restrictions where permitted by law.
